Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy. 

 

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson.

If payment is not received in full by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

​

Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer. 

​

Changes to your reservation can be made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson, subject to availability. Any changes made after this time may be subject to additional fees or may not be possible.

Cancellation of your reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to cancel your sailing lesson. To ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
 

  • Cancellation notice of 7 or more days prior to the scheduled sailing date will result in a full refund.

  • Cancellation notice of less than 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled sailing date will result in a partial refund, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellation notice of less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled sailing date will result in no refund.
     

To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will confirm your cancellation and provide information on the refund process.
 

Please note that this policy applies to individual reservations. For group reservations, a separate cancellation policy may apply.
